TBTU
This reagent has similar properties as HBTU. It is an excellent coupling reagent
and liberates non-toxic tetramethylurea upon reaction. Couplings using TBTU
proceed smoothly with little racemization and can be enhanced by adding 1-
hydroxybenzotriazole (HOBt).
